Peppers, any color
brown rice
garlic
onion
grated romano or parmesan cheese
basil
grape or roma tomatoes
fresh or shredded mozzarella
Grill pepper halves, then stuffed them with cooked
brown rice that is sauteed wth garlic & onion, basil and tomatoes... mix in romano cheese
Fill your peppers full with the rice mixture then top it off with
fresh or shredded mozzarella and warm in the oven until the cheese melts.
