1 package (defrosted and drained) frozen spinach
1/2 package or container cream cheese
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 can artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
3 tablespoons of garlic powder or 2 cloves garlic finely chopped or grated
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
preheat oven to 350 degrees
mix all ingredients well in a bowl...
put mixture in an 8x8 baking dish or a few ramekins, and bake in oven for approx 30 mins, will be hot, cheesy and bubbly.
serve with pita chips or tortilla chips......enjoy!!!!
